Admirable as long as implementation is as good as planned.

Things are improving, but still a dearth of rapid charging facilities in mid Wales.

What are your views on progress made against Action 4: Welsh quality standards?

Reliability of infrastructure is currently quite poor and is the main reason for the lack of public investment in electric cars. Providers need more motivation to achieve high levels of reliability.

Haven't noticed any regulatory facilitation.

Good progress being achieved in places.
